and lightening up.

“Hope you can find it in everything,
everything that you see,
hope you can find me in you
and you in me…”

hide & seek / Howard Jones

Precious~Moments, are sacred gifts of celebration, of the heavenly peace, joy and grace of Being aligned with the Breath~of~Life.  They are present moments of finding your Precious-Lost-Self, being~your~best~friend, the~love~you~can trust.

On the journey of life, we encounter many moments, in which we get triggered by our old trauma of the loss-of-Self, to which we often react by feeling hurt and abandoned. Emotionally disconnecting-from-Being, we hold our breath…

Precious~Moments are often born out
of rude-awakenings of loss & despair,
crisis & pain, anxiety & depression.
Re-enacting the trauma of loss-of-Self & disconnect-from-Being, can choke us up
with struggles & disappointment
victimization & resignation…
Hence, the psycho-spiritual aspect of
the global revolution…

What can we do about it?
Healing and transformation are a personal responsibility, and an inside job.
We can start by noticing when we get
triggered out of the present, and feeling hurt,
have a heart for ourselves, generate  compassion for our pain-of-disconnect-from-Being, and
breathe~with~ease…
that’s is what B  r  E  a  z  e is all about…

“Everyone has pain, every body wants to be free….  Can you feel the love inside? Something to aspire to, Spirit of the lost and found, We’ll find it again and again. “fill us with fire – erasure”

One of the most precious moments I had in 2011, came around the death of Stan, who was once my life-partner, and also broke my heart. Stan died in September 2011, under circumstances that one could agree or disagree about.

My lost & found self Jakob, chose the open-heart-way, connecting to San’s family, and helping with the funeral arrangements.
b  r  e  a  z  e  d  and connected to Stan’s spirit, and asked him how
he wanted his funeral to be?

I felt a pulsation saying – “I want to be honored
and celebrated. Thanks for understanding”.

My disapproving voice about Stan’s death, ended right then and there, effortlessly making way to honoring and celebrating his amazing beauty and noble spirit, which I was privileged to share for seven years. I have never felt such peace, joy and grace around the death of a loved one.

Finding Jakob – my lost self, and trusting the love I feel for Stan – feels real, precious and light. Our dream and collaborations as STAM – goes on….

Path of Heaven

Just as I’m working on this Precious~Moments piece, a phone call arrived form a client and family friend, informing me about the suicide of her brother, who I was supposed to start counseling in January 2012…
All I would say to everyone involved in dealing
with such a horrific event, including to myself,
who has tried to take my own life when I couldn’t
bear the pain…
“first and foremost, before you tend to the
to-do list…

take a moment…
and have a heart for yourself….
