Wisdom of the Breath

It’s a great time for reunion with love.

Reunion with your heart beat matching the heart beat of the universe.

Reunion with your nature matching nature.

Reunion with the breath, in everything, everywhere.

Reunion with old aquaiqtants that haven’t been seen for a long time, some with whom you may have had a rift, but may not remember why?. Some who gained 60 juicy pounds, and some who lost thunder juicy thighs.

Reunion with friends who passed away a while ago, without saying good bye.

Reunion with a forgotten name, with a new APP, with an old piece of music, with a shirt lost in the closet for over a decade.

Reunion with a new bathroom sink, forever waiting to be installed.

Reunion with a loss you wish you never had, and with a trauma you thought would never heal.

Reunion with the breath of Mitt mocking Barack for healing the world, for lowering the sea level, for existing.

Reunion with dreams that were shattered, and with life being good after all.

Reunion with ignorant comments that hurt, arrogant reactions that stick like crazy glue, making you feel so right, and yet so miserable.

Reunion with generosity of spirit and survival against all odds.

Reunion with insecurities relinquished to the breath, because you want unity not alienation, no matter how justified alienation may be.

You know better. You know that it’s all in you, looking like it’s out there in the world, and definitely in your brother.

It’s a great time to unite with parts of yourself, that you used to be mad at, critical of, desperate about and impatient with.

Struggle and self-sabotage, crazy feelings of envy, and weird body parts.

Reuniting the empty-anxious & depressing feeling of the Void, with the clear-calming-joyful Voice of the Soul.

It’s time to b r e a z e love into fear.

Taking care of your energy, and renewing your vows to your self.

Breathing with more ease, making more space, moving with more grace at the pace of the breath.

And when stress gets to you, triggering energetic-blockage and emotional upset, owning and accepting your disconnect, having compassion for yourself and asking the breath to help you join the flow, because mistakes are opportunities to heal and to correct.

Taking nothing personally, least of all yourself, you can lighten up your worries, and with more calm & more joy, more patience & more fun, and definitely with more laughter, lay your burdens down.

At the end of the day, you want to trust in a God that has a sense of humor, and that loves you, not scares and condemns you.

A God that’s in you, not out of you. A God, that like the breath of life, is in everything – a black president, a Mormon candidate, a white schizophrenic woman, or a gay Muslim.

Created in the image of God, it’s your job to own the image that your ego made, honor & respect your hard earned authentic self, and make it sacred.

When you feel whole, you can make peace with yourself, with time and with your adversaries.

Crossing the veil from fear to love, you can transform personal craziness into divine madness. Loving all the way. Trusting that you can survive no matter what. Moving the breath into your scare-cities, Igniting your spirit, celebrating the fear of being unlovable, and dancing with confidence.

You are precious…Free 2 Be Love
